KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import!  Kotobukiya’s expansive DC Comics ARTFX+ collection, celebrating the superheroes and villains of the comic book universe, continues with another morally ambiguous character from Gotham City.  At times a thief and at times an ally of Batman to protect the innocent is the complex creature known as CATWOMAN!  Selina Kyle first graced the pages of Batman way back in 1940 as a friend/foe/love interest of Bruce Wayne, and she’s gone from being one of the most memorable of his supporting cast to headlining her own storylines and books and even serving on the Justice League of America.  Though she has no powers, Catwoman is an adept burglar with martial arts skills and gadgets to assist her nighttime activities.  Her triumphant addition to the ARTFX+ lineup captures the iconic character in her modern incarnation, dressed in a full-body skintight black cat suit with built-in high heeled boots, gloves with claws, and a cowl complete with cat ears.  Selina is posed in a deep crouch as she surveys the rooftops, kneeling on one knee and resting on the fingertips of both hands.  Catwoman’s costume has lots of lifelike creases and seams, and a zipper running up the front of her suit terminates in a big silver ring at her neck.  Pushed up on her head is a pair of silver goggles with orange lenses, leaving her beautiful and expertly painted face revealed with bright green eyes and a smirking smile.  Sculpted by Keita Misonou, Catwoman is approximately 5 inches tall (1/10 scale) in her kneeling pose with magnets in her feet for perfect stability on the included display base.  Your collection will be safe with Catwoman standing guard over it, and she looks great on her own or alongside other Kotobukiya DC Comics ARTFX+ Statues like Batman, Harley Quinn, and Poison Ivy!
