FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We process payments online via PayFast. You can choose to pay via EFT, Credit/Debit card or Mobicred. For international clients, we accept payments through PayPal.
We offer shipping throughout South Africa at a flat rate of R80 (Gauteng local) and R120 (anywhere else in South Africa). We are also able to ship products internationally via DHL.
We guarantee quality products and service. If an item is damaged in transit, has a manufacturer defect, or is an incorrect item, please CONTACT US for replacement details within 48 hours of receipt.
We do not accept any liability for the content of the items we sell. This means that we cannot accept return on comics, graphic novels or books because the storyline or art wasn’t to your liking, or because you accidentally ordered the wrong book. We do take consideration for returns within 30 days after receipt of your order as long as the item is still in a new/undamaged condition.
Sorry, we do not accept returns on Nick & Dent products or Apparel.
Pre-Orders are products that haven’t been released yet, but that we can still special order for you. Pre-orders are sometimes referred to as “advance orders”. When you place a pre-order, we put the order on your pending pre-orders list and then ship it to you based on when its release date.. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.
IMPORTANT! Please note:
- All Pre-Order sales are final and cannot be cancelled once the FOC (Final Order Cutoff) date has passed.
- Images displayed for pre-orders may not be final art, and may be subject to change
- Sometimes pre-order items are late and do not meet the release dates we have posted on our webpages. This is beyond our control, and we will update our webpages with the new release dates if/when we are supplied new release dates from the item manufacturer or our distributor.
